Notes: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Before ships out the products, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing the products in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. 1-3 business days normally.
Shipping Time: We are excited to offer FREE international shipping on selected brands while some of the product wthe shipping fee rate flat to most destinations in the world (only 9.99 USD).The shipping time will take 2-4 weeks upon arrival on destination, it some cases can be faster.
Please be patient for your package before making a complaint / claim to us. Due to COVD-19 there may be logistics supply chain disruptions that may cause delay. If there is delay on the shipment, we will inform you through email.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Note For Taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
Note for Custom:
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Do You Provide Tracking Number?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.Sometimes for some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days delay for the tracking information to update on the system.
Where is My Order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your tracking number on "track your order" page on top of menu or contact us at shipping@yeyetoys.com.
Will My Items Will be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Some items may ready to ship in advance while others will sent after. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Don't be worried about the coronavirus we are still shipping orders and orders are being delivered without delays. According to the NIH and in a joint study published in the NEJM, coronavirus can only last on substances for 72 hours our delivery time 8-16 working days all our packages are being checked. So feel free to SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE.
Our warehouse is handling products in the most feasibly hygienic way. All of employee should to wear masks (a norm in Asia), and washed a hand with water and soap before working. Water, masks, hand sanitizer and soap are readily available at our facilities. Surfaces are also wiped and disinfected several times a day.
We also works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship your orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
