- Refund only can do if customer goods not available and the customer does not want to replace with other goods.
- If there's a wrong package and you request for a refund, we will give your money back (exclude shipping), and you can still keep your package.
- In case of the items (toys, games, baby gear) torn or broken, a customer must take a photo broken part of the lenses as proof to proceed with a refund. Request refund for broken items only eligible for 10 days since the package received.
