Refund Policy
- Refund only can do if customer goods not available and the customer does not want to replace with other goods.
- If there's a wrong package which is our fault and you request for a refund, we will give your money back (exclude shipping), and you can still keep your package.
- In case of the items (toys, games, baby gear) torn or broken, a customer must take a photo broken part of the lenses as proof to proceed with a refund. Request refund for broken items only eligible for 14 days since the package received.
- Refund does not apply if the customer does not like the items that have been bought and used.
- Refund does not apply If you order the wrong size or colors of the products. In this case, we have sent the package to you base on your order information.
- Refund does not apply if your package has been sent, but has not arrived within the period of time that has been determined by the shipping service.
- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or replacement of any products if we have reasons to believe the defective claim to be fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
- YeYe Toys is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
- If the first 14 days have ended and you feel you deserve a refund, email us on refund@yeyetoys.com to tell us why and we will review your request.
